Qickpik – Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our refund and cancellation terms before placing your order

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed on Qickpik, it is considered final and cannot be canceled by the user
Exceptions may be made if your order has not yet entered preparation or packing
If a cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee will apply: $10 or 4.5% of the order value (whichever is higher)
All cancellation requests are subject to Qickpik’s review and approval

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in specific situations, such as
Items that are damaged, expired, or spoiled at the time of delivery
All refunds are at the sole discretion of Qickpik
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method
Allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval

How to Report an Issue

Inform us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or expired item
Reports made after 24 hours are ineligible for a refund or credit

Store Credit Conditions

Store credit may be offered instead of a refund in cases such as
Your package arrived damaged
You received an expired item
Shipping delays caused delivery after the item’s expiry date
